2. Intellectual Property Rights

The User retains all rights to the original content created using the Services. The Service Provider does not claim ownership over any content generated by the User. However, by using the Services, the User grants the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the generated content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

3. User Conduct

The User agrees not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or to upload, share, or generate any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third party's rights. The Service Provider actively monitors the use of the Services to prevent misuse and reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these TOS.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content the User submits, posts, transmits, modifies or otherwise makes available through the Services, the User's use of the Services, or the User's violation of these TOS.

7. General Information

The TOS constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Service Provider and govern the User's use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between the User and the Service Provider. The User may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when the User uses affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.

8. Choice of Law and Forum

The TOS and the relationship between the User and the Service Provider shall be governed by the laws of the state of our choice, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User and the Service Provider agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of our choice.

9. Modification of Terms of Service
